As our Barristers' Clerk/Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our Chambers. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including financial management (accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll, day-to-day management of 24 barristers and their diaries, liaison with solicitors, court staff and Chambers' accountant, supervision of staff, the occasional IT support and event planning.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong background in business administration
Experience using Xero is preferable.
Great communication and people skills.
High level of computer literacy.
Successful experience in an office management or supervisory role.
Salary $75,000 to $85,000 package (Pro Rata Full-time equivalent). Your hours are negotiable from a minimum of 2 days and up to 5 days per week, depending on your circumstances. Immediate start available.
