Part-Time Bookkeeper / Admin Role – 5 Days (School-Friendly Hours)
Location: Annandale
We’re a growing construction / interior fit-out company based in Sydney looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Admin superstar to join our team.
Hours:
Monday to Friday
9:15am – 2:45pm (perfect daytime hours)
About the Role:
This is a hands-on role supporting our operations team with day-to-day bookkeeping and administration. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts payable & receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll assistance
• Invoicing & purchase orders
• Data entry & general admin support
• Liaising with suppliers and clients
Experience:
• Previous bookkeeping/admin experience essential
• Simpro experience preferred (but not required – we can train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
