We're a local, family-owned business group in Rozelle, made up of The Heater Man (gas fireplaces & heating) and Rozelle Plumbing. We're looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our small, friendly team.
The role:
• Around 3-4 day a week, with flexible days. Would suit school hours 🏫
• Mix of in-office at our Rozelle showroom and work from home
• Accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll and super
• BAS prep and month-end, working alongside our finance lead
• Keeping things tidy between Xero and ServiceM8 (our job management system)
You'll be:
• Experienced with Xero (essential)
• Comfortable with payroll and BAS (BAS agent registration a bonus)
• Organised, reliable and happy to own your work
• Trades or service business experience is a plus, but not a must
