Reading Eggs is the award-winning online reading program that helps children to read. We are seeking an awesome Customer Service extraordinaire to join us.
The role:
Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, Facebook & Live Chat
Resolving customer complaints
Participating in all team meetings
You will have:
a thorough understanding of iPad, Android, Mac and Windows systems & can assist customers using the program across a wide range of platforms
excellent written and verbal English
exceptional time management skills
prior customer service experience
Mon to Fri 9 – 5pm availability
