Aspire Sustainability Consulting is a boutique sustainability consulting company based in Surry Hills. We have been in business for over 5 years, providing sustainable design solutions to our clients, who mainly comprise of architects, developers and builders.
We are a team of 4 and due to our current admin assistant being due to have her second child, we are looking for a new admin/personal assistant to help out in the office.
Duties will involve assisting with bookkeeping, fee proposals, invoicing, documentation and managing a CRM, however as the company continues to expand this could well turn in to an office manager role.
The position available is ideally for 3-4 days a week, 5 hours a day during school hours, however this can definitely be flexible to suit the right candidate. Pay will be between $30-$40p/h and will be based on experience.
