The role will be responsible for:
Onboarding new customer registrations - warm leads only (helping customers place their first order)
Following up after first orders.
Reaching out to old customers to reactivate them
About you:
You don’t mind repetitive calling and love the chase.
Happy to record videos and get in front of your computer camera to chat to customers.
Comfortable with basic technology - excel and some basic CRM skills (or ability to be trained).
