PART TIME ACCOUNTS CLERK / ROZELLE BASED

We’re looking for an Accounts Clerk to join our friendly and dynamic White Bay Brewery team on a part-time basis.

The right candidate will have the ability to hit the ground running and enjoy working in a team setting.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for flexibility around school hours from our Rozelle location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management and Stock Administration: Liaising with Sales to collate daily orders, allocate stock and generate paperwork for customer delivery
• Ensuring stock quantities and locations remain accurate throughout this process
• Accounts Receivable: Review and actively manage Debtors including follow-up of outstanding debts
• Ownership and management of the Accounts inbox
• Accounts Payable: Upload of correctly coded supplier invoices for approval and creation of new supplier accounts where needed
• Bank reconciliation on a daily basis
• Assisting the Operations and Finance Managers as required

Skills and Desirable Attributes:

• Exceptional communication with all stakeholders
• Strong team player with a customer focussed approach
• Attention to detail
• Process-driven with a willingness to learn
• Microsoft Office, any experience using Xero is helpful but not essential
• Previous experience in logistics and accounting duties would be an advantage
