We are seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our dynamic boutique Commercial Property Sales and Leasing Team.
As the Senior Commercial Sales and Leasing Executive your main objective will be sourcing, listing and selling commercial properties. You will be forward-thinking with impeccable people skills and a proven track record in Commercial Sales and Leasing.
Your duties are but not limited to:
Sourcing, listing, selling and leasing of commercial properties
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering market knowledge and advice
Conducting inspections and all duties related
Maintaining an active pipeline of both potential buyers and sellers
Negotiating property transactions
Skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Sales & Leasing
Excellent communication skills & time management
Strong sales & negotiation skills
A commitment to providing a high level of customer service
