We are looking for an individual that is organised with experience and proven time management skills who will have the support of a property assistant, trust accounting, and director to thrive and make a mark in Pyrmont.
The day-to-day:
Step into a well-managed and low maintenance portfolio of 140 properties and benefit from a supportive principal with commercial experience. Add your professional flare to the portfolio.
Repairs & maintenance management with support from PM assistant
Arrears management with support from trust account manager
In/outgoing and routine inspections with support from PM assistant
Mid week inspections during office hours only
Liaising with landlords
Rental/lease reviews with assistance of team
Client relationship management
Attending tribunal, dispute resolution when required
The ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar property management position
Knowledge of Property Tree preferred, but willing to provide full training
Outstanding presentation and excellent customer service skills
Self-motivated and can work independently to deliver excellent service
A natural attention to detail with mature communication skills
Cert of Registration, Current Class 1 or Class 2 license plus own car and driver’s license
