Pop next door to Eveleigh Works for South Eveleigh’s first silent cinema series. Drop off the kids at 5.30pm for a kids-only film – professional child-minders included so you and your significant other can explore South Eveleigh sans kids (cheeky wine anyone?). Tickets are $30 per child and include a BrewDog meal deal box of chicken nuggets and chips, popcorn and juice. Or drop into the free 8pm session for a family-friendly film night with headphones and bean bag. Bookings are essential via South Eveleigh’s website.
🌟 Pooch Portraits, Sundays
Want a portrait of your fur baby? Grab your furry friend and head to BrewDog on Sundays for a ‘Pooch Portrait’ session and complimentary portrait of your pooch. Rex hates sitting still? Hit up the photo cartoonist or the In An Instant Photo Booth to capture a quick but precious snap of your BFF – best furry friend.
🌟 Puppy Playtime, 28 August
If a litter of puppies jumping all over you sounds like pure joy, mark 28 August in your diaries for a Puppy Playtime session at South Eveleigh’s Interchange Pavilion on Central Avenue. Get in early to avoid missing out on puppy cuddles.
🌟 PUSHAS, 23-25 August
Love your kicks? Don’t miss PUSHAS, Australia’s premier sneaker and streetwear reseller marketplace for the hottest, hard-to-find sneakers and streetwear. Explore rare sneaker collections, nab a free cleaning session, enter a comp and enjoy the DJ entertainment.
🌟 Bikes and E-bikes
Cyclists rejoice! Get all your bike and e-bike questions answered at a Bike Pop Up with Ben Bucklers Boards every Tuesday in August from 11am-2pm. 🌟 South Eveleigh Rooftop Garden, every Tuesday in August, 12-1pm
Head to South Eveleigh Rooftop Garden as Cuppa.tv’s Luke Cook hosts inspirational speakers and delves into transformative stories from local heroes, including Yasmin London, a communications powerhouse who empowers people by equipping them with the skills and knowledge to ensure technology enhances their modern day lives, rather than detracting from it.
