Open Maker Workshops 2025

What’s Open Maker?

Open Maker is a place to drop-in, create, repair, and be part of a community that enjoys making! These casual, self-led sessions are the perfect opportunity to work with peers, share knowledge and use the Learning Space’s Makerspace equipment.

In Open Maker, you gain access to a range of various technologies, consumables and resources at your disposal. This includes 3D printing, die cutting, soldering, electronics and much more. There are different learning resources, guides and tutorials within the space for your self-led learning journey.

How much does a session cost?

Nothing at all – they’re free. But you’ll need to register in advance to attend a workshop as spots are limited.
