Our programs are especially developed for high school aged girls.
Imagine a week of martial arts, including weaponry, tactical games & more each day, with campfires at night. Enjoy delicious, healthy food,(and lots of it) surrounded by nature.
12 to 16 years? make some new friends & get really skilled up in self defence!
If you’re in Yr 11 & 12 you get to have tutoring in all major HSC subjects from 9am – 2pm before coming to join the afternoon sessions in martial arts. Have company & support while you do effective study for HSC trials or Yr 11 exams in Term 3
