There are lots of triggers for career change but no matter what prompts a move, everyone’s looking for purposeful, absorbing work that fits with their life outside of work. This is where I come in. I’m a Careershifters and Firework Advanced Certified Coach, helping people have a less stressful time changing careers.
The one-on-one career change programme I do with clients combines the best in structure and flexibility. We take it at the right pace for you, meaning we will complete it in 8–12 sessions.
Each week you’ll have practical real-world missions and imaginative, fresh thinking exercises to get you doing things differently. The reflective exercises will help you to get clear on the inner motivations and purpose for your work, plus what your key strengths and skills are. The action will enable you to meet new people, step into new environments and have new experiences – leading to new insights about what could be possible for you.
