Review: The Ultimate Beach Towel by Tesalate
Recently, Inner West Mums were contacted by Tesalate to try out their innovative sand-free towels. As a family of self-confessed beach addicts, we were very excited to test these out but I’ll admit, we were also a little skeptical!
We all know how messy beach trips can be with the kids and the effort needed to make it as stress-free as possible. We’ve mastered the art of packing, unpacking and repacking (pro tip: maybe obvious, but rinse the beach toys and kid’s swimmers in the ocean). However, no matter how well you shake your towels and how sand-free they appear to be, towels always seem intent on smuggling a ton of sand home with you. However, for the first time since having kids (maybe ever, actually), thanks to our Tesalate towels, we are smugglers no more!
More Than Meets the Eyes

I was really impressed with the quality of the towels, not only do they perform well but they are beautiful to look at too. In between beach visits, we have even taken to draping the ‘Bohemian’ towel over furniture to create colour in our home space! The Towel for Two is sold as a two-person towel, but is great for families, you can easily accommodate one adult and two littlies.

I love that the towel rolls/folds up so compactly, leaving room for everything else. They are also super-light, and it’s a relief not to be lugging a bag-full of heavy, sandy wet towels home! I am also a lover of the small details – each towel comes with a drawstring slip case, has a loop for hanging and has an equally cool pattern on the reverse side.
