Come along and enjoy a FREE introductory piano workshop with your child.

Inspire and motivate your child with this captivating and interactive experience. Your child will thrive as they sing, move, join in rhythmic activities and play keyboard. The Junior Keys program is specially designed for school children aged 5-7 years, along with their parent as a learning partner and younger siblings are welcome. Experience the FUN of music with whole body learning through a method which combines all the benefits of Orff, Dalcroze and Kodaly approaches. This program promotes confidence and enhances all other learning, which supports academic success.
The workshop will run for approximately 45 minutes, with time for questions also.

☀️ ATYP Summer Holiday Drama Workshops

ATYP’s Summer Holiday Drama Workshops are ready to shine!

With the temperature rising, why not turn up the fun with one of ATYP’s action-packed drama workshops this holiday season? Have they got some treats for you this January!

If you like a buffet line, this one’s for you — their “All You Can thEATre” workshop will give Year 3-4s a taste of all genres of theatre, from Commedia Dell’arte to Physical Theatre!

If you’re interested in script work, Year 5-8s can take on scenes from one of ATYP’s own plays in their “Play Series: Charlie Pilgrim (or a Beginner’s Guide to Time Travel)”.

Calling all Musical Theatre lovers! You’ll love “A Musical Theatre Experience”. Year 9-12s will work on songs and scenes from iconic musicals, and explore how to bring them to life.

Whether it’s 2 days, 3 days or a full week you’re after, they’ve got you covered. No prior experience needed, students of all abilities are welcome.

If you are looking for a fun 2 hours of climbing, running, jumping, spinning, swinging and tumbling bring your little one to our Summer Play Sessions. Unstructured fun on our bespoke equipment in our 390sqm air conditioned centre. Kids under 7 years can run off their energy and stay away from the summer heat! And adult must attend for the duration of the session.

Open to ALL families, you do not need to be enrolled at Gymbaroo. These are not classes, just fun, free play. They were a big hit last holidays.

Julie Peadon Art’s School Holiday Workshops are a mini Fine Art Lesson in one and include all the materials the kids need to create something AMAZING!

We have K-6 Workshops and Teen Workshops each Holiday period.

Sing, Act, Dance and Perform in a Show! Every school holidays at Marrickville Public School, Kids Up Front works with enthusiastic children (ages 5 to 13 years) to put on a fabulous Musical Show. Parents/carers drop-off children each day, into the care of our experienced teachers.

Each day, the children rotate around our specialist teachers and complete sessions of singing, dancing and drama.

The 5-Day program culminates on the last day with a wonderful musical show for parents and friends to enjoy, which commences at 3pm!
