Most of us have got our Christmas trees up by now. Some of us have got elves on shelves and other suitably festive decorations inside our homes. However, some people believe it’s what’s on the outside that counts and have decorated [read: pimped] their houses to delight adults and kids alike.
Get ready to be dazzled with these magical Christmas light displays across the Inner West. Here’s our top pick of the brightest, most decorated houses that we know of so far:
Ashbury: Second Street in Ashbury has some spectacularly lit-up homes to get you into the festive spirit, as part of the Lights for Kids fundraiser for the Sydney Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Birchgrove: Feast your eyes on the amazing display of twinkling lights at 48 Cameron Street in Birchgrove.
[Cameron Street & Ballast Point Road]
Erskineville: Head to Pleasant Avenue for some impressive decorations including giant bells, inflatable Santa’s and Christmas baubles galore!
