Introducing … a new Glebe Christmas Market

The most magical time of the year is upon us. Christmas is a social event for friends and family to get together after work or on the weekends leading up to Christmas Day and often includes time spent at the local Christmas market.

Cambridge Markets would like to invite you, your friends and family to the upcoming Glebe Christmas Market on December 3 right on our doorstep. Think Glebe foreshore, with dazzling views, live music and some amazing food.

The market will feature high-quality stallholders selling goods as diverse as fashion, toys, gifts, candles, pet accessories, fragrance, soap, homewares, ceramics, photography, art, jewellery, hats, sunglasses, shoes, swimwear, towels and plants. A lot of the stalls will be small local and small businesses, that would love your support in the lead up to the Christmas Season.

Shoppers will also find beautiful festive goods ranging from wrapping paper and Christmas cards to puddings, Christmas cakes, trees, ornaments, wreaths, ribbons, decorations, table settings, crackers and plenty more.

And for all the food lovers, rest assured there will be a feast of global food at each market, with shoppers able to relax over pizza, felafel, pho, dumplings, gozleme, burgers, hot wings, skewers, vegan fare, coffee, pastry, meatballs and plenty more.

As for the kids, apart from keeping them cool with some delicious gelato, there will be some great kids activities including sand art, face painting and special visit by Santa, roving entertainers and live music.

Cambridge Markets is also hosting two CBD markets — Quay Quarter Lanes Markets, a produce market held monthly in Customs House Square, from November 9 and the Martin Place Christmas Markets, which will run from November 26 until Christmas Eve.
