Shopping Centres with Play Areas

We all need to take kids shopping sometimes and luckily we have a selection of shopping centres with some great play areas in the area. We have listed the most popular ones that you can use as a wet-weather activity or for some entertainment before or after doing the shopping.

Broadway Sydney – Soft Play Garden
Broadway Sydney soft play area is located on level 3 next to Priceline. It can be easy accessed from the car park and the Parents Room is beside the play centre and has multiple feeding spaces, a safe play area, a TV with DVD entertainment, microwave, child-sized amenities and nappy change areas. Rhodes Waterside – The Monkey Bar
Rhodes Waterside hosts one of the coolest playgrounds around! The playground is a bespoke play area built just for your little monkeys. Located on the ground floor behind Boost Juice, the state-of-the-art playground was built especially for its location. The design encompasses six-metre-tall climbing towers viewable from the upper level. This is connected by an exciting crawling tunnel stretching over the centre’s escalators! The Monkey Bar is filled with slides, touch-to-learn activities, climbing equipment and endless games. It has been designed with children aged two to ten in mind, with a special soft play area for the little ones. The Monkey Bar is just one of the family-friendly activities at Rhodes Waterside, in addition to the free Shopping Nanny service, five-star rated parents’ rooms, a calendar of children’s events and the Mums & Co club. Open Mon–Wed and Fri–Sat, 9 am–6 pm Thursdays 9 am–9 pm and Sundays 10 am–6 pm. The Shopping Nanny is located opposite Kidstuff, near Target, and is available Monday–Friday 10 am–3 pm daily.
